Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) is a respiratory condition caused by the newly discovered coronavirus.

But about 1 in 6 will have severe problems, like shortness of breath. The likelihood of more serious symptoms is higher if you’re older or have another health condition like diabetes or any cardiological disease.

Here’s what to look for if you think you have the Coronavirus. Symptoms of COVID-19 are variable, ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness.

Common Symptoms:

  • Loss of smell & taste

  • Fainting 

  • Nasal congestion & runny nose

  • Pink eyes

  • Fever

  • Muscle pain

  • Fever

  • Sore throat

  • Nausea

  • Diarrhea

Symptoms are usually found 2 to 14 days after you come into contact with the virus. The above mentioned are the common and mild symptoms, which can be cured by resting and taking good care of yourself. You can call a doctor if you observe the symptoms elevating or the pain becoming unbearable.

Emergency Symptoms:

  • Trouble breathing

  • Constant discomfort in your chest

  • Bluish lips or face

  • Sudden confusion

Call a doctor or hospital right away if you have one or more of these symptoms. You need medical attention as soon as possible. Call and inform your doctor before you visit the clinic/hospital. This will help them prepare to treat you and protect medical staff and other patients.
